They made me pay for the business center to check my email. I travel a lot for business and I've never seen anywhere this was not included in the price. No breakfast; small room. Stay at the motel across the street and get a nicer, bigger room, hot breakfast, friendlier staff, and better business center. Horribly overpriced and they nickel... more

I stayed at this hotel to attend a conference. I was in a king room on the 7th floor of the "executive tower". The room was clean, plenty of room, and fairly quiet (although I could faintly hear the elevator). The bathroom was clean, though dimly lit. The exhaust fan didn't work. The toilet, as seems to be the case... more

Friendly staff, helped me find a quiet room there high up in the tower. The room could have used a vacuuming and had an empty soda bottle hiding behind a curtain, but was otherwise fine. Seems hard to find a clean room these days regardless of the grade of hotel. The desk clerk was good to knock $30 off my... more

I took a group of girls to the hotel for a 15th Birthday Celebration. It was an overnight Slumber Party with 8 other girls! Yes, fotunately I got the Cavanaughs Suite with ample room for all the girls to camp out and the King size bed room with a door for me when it was time for me to go... more

We got a great rate on hotwire and the location was great next to the park. The room is very spacious but it could be cleaner, It would be much nicer if housekeeping does a better job. Since we only stayed one night so I don't really have much complaint. I would stay again only if I get a good... more

Toilet was broken, bathtub didn't drain, garbage from previous guest wasn't emptied and sheets were on the inside out - for both nights of our stay making us question if they had actually been changed at all. Good summer rate wasn't enough to make us stay here againl. more

We stayed here on our family vacation and must say we didn't have a reservation which they offered us a great rate. The room was nice, clean, pool side and it also had great AC and Fridge. Location was awesome right on the park and easy Access to get in and out of town. The only thing that would be nice... more

1. My wife and I went to a graduation at Gonzaga and chose to stay at this hotel over others nearby primarily because it had a sauna. Unfortunately, when we endeavored to use the sauna, we were told that it was being remodeled. I advised the clerk that was our primary reason for selecting the hotel and essentially got a... more

This used to be a nice place. Management needs to get control of the housekeeping issues and turn this place back into the gem it once was. My family checked into our room and found a pizza box with food still in it. My son found a cell pnone cover under the bed. There was a large brown stain on... more

We stayed at the Red Lion at the Park for the Tattoo convention going on at the convention center. It was in easy walking distance of the center & downtown venues. We checked in early and got the last room available for early check in. The downfall of this hotel is the atrium style lobby. Our room was 3023 -... more
