My wife and I, along with her uncle and aunt, spent two glorious nights at this property. The views of the Straight and the mountains are excellent, as are the accomodations. It is by far the cleanest and most comfortable inn, motel, or B & B we have ever visited. I can hardly wait to again crawl into the most... more

Just spent three nights at the Dungeness Bay Cottages and we can't wait to go back! It felt like we were a world away, yet we were close to restaurants, shopping, and activities. The cottage was super clean and had all of the amenities we needed. I can't begin to describe the views - the moutains out the back window... more

Dungeness is charming and delightful. We stayed in Olympicview and had a view of both water and mountains. It was peaceful. The cottage is old-fashioned, but it did not detract from our stay. We had Wifi (very important to me!) and modern conveniences. We really enjoyed getting to know Karin and she gave us invaluable tips on where to eat... more

We stayed two nights in the Lighthouse Suite--a cozy, simple setting with a bedroom, full bath, livingroom and kitchen. All the rooms have large plate-glass windows facing the water. We had a beautiful view of the Dungeness National Wildlife Refuge from the livingroom, and a view of the Olympic Mountains from the back patio. We saw bald eagles on our... more

Proprietor John Webb was very helpful. We had an end cottage with bucolic views of a farm (and cows) as well as Dungeness Bay. The cottage had its own driveway with a covered patio and picnic table. It was furnished with a couch, table & chairs, TV, Queen-sized bed, and a full kitchen and small bath. Towels and linens were... more

I had a comfortable efficiency apartment with a view of the bay and Juan de Fuca Strait in front and the Olympic Range out back. It was spacious & reasonably priced for a weekday in early October. Try it and you won't be sorry. more

As a future resident of Sequim, I have stayed in the area many times over the last several years, once or twice with friends, once or twice at a major chain, but many times at the Dungeness Bay Motel. It was recommended by others who'd done the same thing--plan to retire from Alaska or Oregon or California, and visit regularly... more

We were delighted with our 3-night stay at the Dungeness Bay Motel. This is a quaint collection of cottage/duplexes with lovely views of Dungeness Bay on one side, and mountains and pasture on the other side. The owners, John and Karin, are very helpful and pleasant. We stayed in the LIghthouse Suite. Our cottage had a large picture window with... more

I had wanted to relax in a bay/beachside inn and settle in with a good novel with a walk down the beach here and there or a little exploration in the town, et al. This is not that kind of place. The furniture was so worn out, I had to cut my trip early due to an aching back -... more
