Stayed 4 nights there and it was HORRIBLE. The room was dirty, the alarm clock didn't work, and there was no batteries in the remote control for the tv. Half of the channels on the tv didn't come in, or when they did, it was fuzzy. You could hear the people in the next room and the room up above.... more

I read the reviews and trust tripadvisor so I would NOT have stayed here, but my siblings booked it so I did not have a choice. My room was not clean (to any standards). This place was awful, the staff was RUDE the manager is incompetent they have no idea what customer service is really all about. For the price we paid (and then was overcharged on top of our regular rate) you could find a much better hotel still close to the air-port if that is what you need. more
