I read the reviews and trust tripadvisor so I would NOT have stayed here, but my siblings booked it so I did not have a choice. My room was not clean (to any standards). This place was awful, the staff was RUDE the manager is incompetent they have no idea what customer service is really all about. For the price we paid (and then was overcharged on top of our regular rate) you could find a much better hotel still close to the air-port if that is what you need. more

First night was 08/25 -- the morning we were leaving we discovered ants near the bed under the phone table and a group of smaller, different type of insects on the tile floor behind the door in the bathroom. We stayed one night at the Ramada and found our foom to be nice and clean. Being close to airport we found our room quiet..maybe due to air traffic away from hotel area at that time. The restaurant for breakfast was very good and the shuttle to and from airport was timely. more
