We checked in to see if they had room for a cab-over camper and the guy said they were full, and then seemed to remember a "place in the back". It was just a camper space, but the light did not work, and the picnic table was covered with an old piece of linoleum that was nailed down, rolled up... more

We stopped at The Eatery, Clarks Cabins because of Evening Magazine pronouncing it a great place to eat, NO WAY !!!! Food was horrible. Overpriced, Restaurant had millions of knats, flys and bugs flying around inside landing on our food, YUK! Desserts were nasty. Evening Magazine TV, is wrong on this one. I cook better than this place does, and... more

What a delightful place to stay and such lovely and accommodating hosts!! We loved everything about it, the quaint "days gone by" charm, the location, the conveniences and we even got a chance to feed a couple of bunnies. We had one of the Country Cabins and found it delightful and a bargain at the price. When I went off... more

I chose this place because we like quirky. It looked like exactly the place you would have spent summers back in the 40's and 50's when people did things like that. It was exactly what we expected. We stayed in the Big Red Cabin, right next to the diner. It had a wrap-a-round porch which was great for hanging out... more

Our room cabin was awful. If we wanted to stay in a dirty hunting cabin, that's what we'd pay for. I was mortified when we walked in, the SMELL that hit us was unreal. No way could I have slept there. I started checking out the rooms and the bathroom was filthy and the towels were already used. One of... more

I stayed at Clark's Cabins in August 2008 after I'd had to cancel my previous travel plans earlier in the summer. With the change and the very high gas prices at the time I decided I wanted to go somewhere closer to home and I remembered this place when I was researching dog friendly motels/cabins and it seemed to fit... more

Hiking, bunnies, bunny golf and excellent views. My kids are now young adults and one daughter took her husband there just recently. Lots of memories and lots of fun.!!!! more

I was a little apprehensive after reading reviews about the dirt, so I decided since it was the right location to go for the cheapest option and just bear it. I think the middle unit of the triplex was $69 per night (low season) and with a full kitchen, I thought this was fabulous and we were able to make... more

In July we arranged to go to the Skagit River Resort or also known as Clarks Cabins. We arranged to stay in one of the cute Chalets. The resort is pet friendly so we were also able to include our dog. Clarks has a wonderful array of cabins to stay in that are full of character and 50's splendor. It... more

Our visit to this resort was a very pleasant experience. We had heard about "Tootsie" from several sources...friends, Northwest Backroads, Sunset Magazine. What an exceptional delight she is! She is the manager/owner of the Eatery Restaurant, and known for her wonderful cinnamon rolls and homemade pies...which are to die for! At 89 years of age, don't we all hope to... more
