Have stayed several times at this property. Always friendly staff, rooms are large, clean and comfortable. Had a river view room and enjoyed sitting on the balcony people watching. The complimentary breakfast is typical hotel fare, but sure is convenient. Will always be my first choice in lodging in Tri-Cities!

over-all very satisfied, wih the exception of the front desk clerk that checked me in---did not handle my situation/request in a professional manner, was disrespectful towards me in front of others; did not help me through my situation and then afterwards would not help me at all - another clerk had to come over and help me
