Booked based on 4/5 star reviews online and am disappointed. Staff is nice - very true. Room smells musty,beds are old and soft, bathroom has water damage and fixtures are rusty. Would have gladly paid a few dollars more for a known chain with a bit nicer accommodations.

We only spent one night in this hotel, but will definitely be back again. Spotlessly clean, very friendly and accomodating staff, excellent bed, and a breakfast room that was significantly above average. Very inviting! We recommend this facility without reservation!

When you drive up to this hotel it looks like just a cheap place to stay for a night. This was a great experience. Do not make a reservation online. They will show as NON-REFUNDABLE on your confirmation email. When I attempted to cancel the reservation over a week in advance, I was refused and was told my credit card would be charged for the entire length of our reserved stay.

Stayed 2 nights this weekend while in Redmond for Cirque du Soleil. This hotel had mixed reviews online, but I'm so glad we gave it a shot. King room was spacious and clean, continental breakfast was quite adequate, and they offer 24h snacks in the lobby! Staff was friendly and helpful. Excellent location and value for the price!
