We brought older family members, as well as food allergies to Don & April's B&B door. They stepped up to our requests/needs with no hesitation. Tayberry is a cozy, CLEAN, peaceful & well worth the cost. We can not wait to return to our Balcony bedroom and sleep once more with open doors while the rain falls. BTW, do not... More

A peaceful setting, spacious rooms, delicious breakfasts, and an affable host named Don are among Tayberry's best assets. Quietly located in rural Puyallup, this beautiful old country house is colourfully decorated in a Victorian-Americana motif; the home remains clean and well-kept despite the fact that it appears to be aging slightly. Don is an accommodating and engaging host who makes... More

We often stay at B&B's and this one was below our standards. Worst of all, no working smoke detector in the room. Carpeting stained and also sheets. Breakfasts were just OK - nothing special. I wouldn't recommend this place. Also supposedly owned by a couple, but we never met the wife in the two days we stayed there. More

We loved out stay at Tayberry Cottage. We were in the Suite and it is a very beautiful, comfortable and spacious room. The other rooms were smaller but looked just as cozy. We only met Don and one of his teenage sons since our stay was short, but they were most welcoming and Don is a great cook! Don and... More

This home is set outside Puyallup, bordering farm land, but near the town. We had a large room with a separate sitting area where the 12 year old daughter could sleep with a bit of privacy. Breakfast was good, not too heavy; the coffee was good; and the host, Don, was very conversational and available. More

We stayed at Tayberry for a week, visiting friends who lived in Puyallup. The rooms are just the same as the pictures - beautifully decorated and clean. Our gracious host (Terry) provided wonderful breakfasts every morning - even though we sometimes slept kind of late (out partying with friends!). He also helped us out with directions to various places we... More

The Tayberry is a pretty nice place to stay. The hot tub here is excellent. We sat in it both nices that we stayed, one of which was in a light rain storm with double rainbows over the mountains to the east. We were scheduled to stay in the balcony room, but for some reason got put in the blue... More

I have just returned from a week in Washington State. This B&B is wonderful and I have never experienced such friendly hosts! I stayed in the suite. The breakfast and freshly baked brownies in the evening were great and I also enjoyed the conversation with our host, Terry. I paid $125 per night / double occupancy for the suite. There... More
