We weren't in PT to spend time in the room. It was clean, basic, the mattress was comfortable and the sheets were soft. You are right above the beach so there is a nice view to the east. The working marina to the south didn't bother us. The $ we saved went toward a nice dinner.

We made one night reservation using United milage award for a room with no water view. The transaction was very smooth and the owner upgraded our room to a room with water view without any add'l fee. It was great! Great location close to stores and restaurants. The breakfast and coffee was good. Great value for the price.
