“Nice Room /// Problems w/ Breakfast Bar FOOD Cleanliness”

Very friendly young lady checked me in the night before. The room was pretty nice. Nice bed and I slept well, until people next to me got up and could hear them (showers, etc.)... Could also hear people the night before, but no biggie...I wasn't ready for sleep at the time and I've celebrated with friends too. No disappointment there.... More

“monroe weekend”

front desk very friendly. was able to check into room early. Room was clean, quiet, and bed was comfortable. Hotel close to show grounds, and many restaurants in the area. Definitely would return here.

Upon arrival we were greeted professionally and immediately offered an upgrade, which we gladly took. A suite waited for us at the end of the hallway. The Best Western staged all very attentive to our needs. Excellent customer service!! The rooms were great, very clean. We had everything we could want. Breakfast was delicious. We will be back! Thank you! We highly recommend this place.

Every time we stay here it gets better and better.. new bigger tv.. new beds... better breakfast.. the management has done well and most importantly the rooms are always spotless.. we come to Monroe every year for the medieval faire and wouldn't think of staying anywhere else! Thank you!

“Disappointed”

The room had cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. The lobby computer keyboard and mouse felt like it had not been cleaned in years. The surfaces in the the bathroom had dust on them and the bath tub needs some TLC. Quite location but not satisfied overall.

The desk people were very friendly and helpful. I like their expanded breakfast choices. It makes traveling easier to be able to eat breakfast there and not have to go look for a resturant. I will return.

“Dirty”

Stayed for a weekend while visiting family, after checking in we went to talk to the guy at the desk he didn't know how to talk a sentence with out cussing. The room was dirty DO NOT walk on floors with out shoes on, breakfast was ok no room for my family to sit together.
