We loved the small town feel of the Inn. The jacuzzi tub and fireplace were very romantic. Suggestion: Bigger coffee Urn delivered to rooms and possibly real creamer. Thanks we had a great time. more

My wife and I heard about the Alpen Rose Inn from some friends and we tried it out this winter. We enjoyed our stay so much we went back in June. We stayed at the Alpen Rose with my brother and his wife, and we had the "owner's condo" (so called because that's what it used to be), with 2 bedrooms, each with private bath, kitchen, and large living/dining room. There were lovely balconies at both the front and back of the building and a large screen TV/DVD/VCR on one wall.... more

Built in 1994, it was a unique and fun place to stay. The breakfast is excellent, the coffee delivered to the room and the evening deserts are an added plus.
