Was very impressed. Stayed for one night for our anniversary. They left a box of chocolates and sparkling cider for us. Very nice surprise. Room was a little dated though.

My key would not work in the door; service guy said he was unable to get it to work. In the new room, the light switch did not work, and lamp over the desk did not work. The bath towel had a large worn spot down to the threads. At breakfast the tablecloth was stained with milk and something else... More

The hotel staff were great! They did everything possible to make sure our stay was comfortable including free Leavenworth coloring books, free Globe Trotter tickets, and even allowed us to check out a night early (stay 2 nights instead of 3) due to our own hectic schedule. We will definitely be back!
