This has to be one the worst places I have ever stayed. Dark, dirty, musty rooms, broken furniture & faucets, hot water took forever to get lukewarm. Dirty worn out carpets...all for $72 plus taxes. I got fooled by the website photos. Don't let it happen to you. More

For a no frills hotel, location was ok, rooms were not. Having 3 people sleep in one bed immediately bumped the rating down several notches but since it was a very full hotel, it's forgivable. We arrived in the afternoon and negotiated at price of $64 plus tax, a decent price for the small but clean room and minimal buffet breakfast. Inn faces a busy street in front and Interstate 5 in the back. Windows must be kept closed. It's walking distance to St. Benedict College and it's beautiful campus for walking. More

I received an unauthorized charge to my credit card in the amount of $273.00 . I have disputed it several times with no success. I cannot even get the managers name due to uncooperative employees, Jay and Sital. My next step I suppoose will be the BBB or the Attorney General. More
