Chose this hotel as a base for exploring Seattle area for a 2 day stay. This distinctive Courtyard hotel is very easy to find and conveniently located near the 405 and local restaurants and stores. This hotel is a decent business hotel. The morning breakfast is a bit expensive if you want the hot food. Hotel is clean and quiet on the courtyard or apartment side. The street can be noisy. Overall happy with the stay. more

We stayed at this hotel last Sat and we know that it's right on the street, however, the windows really aren't sound proof. We could hear the traffic all night long. Keep in mind, though, this is not next to a high way. One thing good about this place, though, is that it does look pretty new. more

I couldn't believe this was a Courtyard. The rooms were very, very nice and modern...elegant almost. There is free garage parking and Microsoft HQ was only a 15 - 20 min drive even in rush hour traffic. The restaurant staff saw a few of us meeting in the lobby and discussing business and the chef sent out some home-made salsa.... more

Stayed here in August for a couple of nights. It only took 20 minutes to drive in to Seattle and ithe hotel is right off the freeway. There's a couple of good restaurants in the nearby area, the mexican especially with HUGE portions.
