I've read a couple of reviews from various sites and I've got to say - were they reviewing the right hotel? The only thing that I would agree with is the affordability. Clean room, polite staff, quiet location just up the street from Fred Meyer. The room is complete with stovetop, dishes, pans silverware, microwave and mini fridge - very convenient if you want to avoid eating a lot of fast food! Only 30 minutes to downtown Seattle so it is definitely worth it. more

We asked for a non smoking and got smoking. The room was filthy, filthy, filthy. Marks in the shower, dead bugs on the kitchen floor, and a bed that smelled like Satan had slept in it the night before after skipping his showers for two or three centuries. Arriving late at night caused a slight delay in checking in, but once inside the room was comfortable, if a little small, and good for its purposes. Large shower, but no bathtub. Kitchen was more a kitchenette. Definitely worth the money. more

I booked this hotel for $39 through Hotwire.com This is NOT a 2 star hotel. It's a 1 or 1.5 star at best. Every room was filthy and reeked of cigarette smoke, even the "non smoking" rooms. I forfeited my money and left. I called hotwire.com and asked them to remove this hotel from their 2 star listings. Do yourself... more

We booked through hotwire, which for years has had nothing but the best. This was by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. Actually it was sooo bad we called Hotwire and told them of the condition of the room and they immediately refunded our money and got us in a absolutely wonderful hotel for only alittle more.... more

We spent a lot of time and gasoline trying to find this Extended Stay hotel called the Crossland Economy Studios because Hotwire gave the wrong address and directions to the Crossland.
