Its a bit out of the way, and has a large construction yard next to it, but the staff were very friendly. We had none of the problems that other reviewers had. One minus is that you cannot purchase store items, and the food stores are a distance away.

I was concerned about this hotel when I saw all the negative reviews. I was relieved to find out personally that the room was clean, lots of TV channels, extremely helpful staff (they spent a lot of time looking up public transportation and pertinent information for me).

Had to cancel reservations because we were not told about the pet fee. Later to find a $600 charge for a 3 night stay. I NEVER STAYED THERE!!!!! The manager is RUDE and all of the staff is uninformed.
