We stayed here during the power outage. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very clean hotel. I give it 4 stars because the heater hummed pretty loud. We turned ours off in the middle of the night but we could hear the neighbors hum as well. Also, the beds were just OK. They could do much better with new mattresses. Staff... More

Very nice hotel for the price! Thoroughly impressed. Room was clean and neat, everything worked, staff was nice. No complaints. Very satisfied and will definitely stay here again. More

We got a call to our room in the middle of the night. Apparently they had double-booked our room, so thought it would be ok to call and ask us (rudely) what our name was, then just hang up. So I went to the front desk to see what the problem was and there was a young couple looking on... More

Right off the highway and easy to get to. Check in was quick and easy. No elevator so don't bring a lot of luggage! We had a room that faced the street but very little noise. The room could have used more lights. More

Location was great for us, near Mt Rainier. Only hotel in town. 2 stories, no elevator. Pool was small but the kids liked it. Subway restaurant was nearby (we didn't have time to try the staff-recommend Mexican place). Room had a fridge. Continental breakfast was unremarkable, par for this type of hotel. Nice and helpful staff. More

I have stayed in Econo Lodges before, so there were no expectations of any kind. This one was chosen due to its location near Tracy Castle, where my niece was getting married. The young Indian couple who run it are very nice and friendly and originally from Northern Cali (where I reside), but it is a "bare bones" operation. I... More

Room was nice and clean, however it was freezing cold and the heater was a real piece of crap. The controls are pointless. The experiance was very uncomfortable. Plus there was smell. The staff was excellent and came to the room to provide assitance and called to check back to see if the heater was working. I would recomend just... More

I work in Enumclaw and i come every month 2-3 nights. I check in late, with work to do. So i log on to the WiFi and get to working. I get the room with the sofa because it has a lot more room to work in. I never have any problems here and i would recommend this hotel if... More

My wife and I needed to find a location near our daughter and family for the birth of a new grandchild. As our daughter and her family live in a rather rural area, we never expected to find such a comfortable and clean hotel in Buckley, Wa. The hotel staff are all very accomodating and pleasant to deal with. Each... More
