Room facing the highway was very noisy. Room was not particularly clean. $10 dog fee was an insult. I doubt the room has seen $10 worth of cleaning in years.

A comfortable stay. Room was clean enough. Passed the bed-bug check. No disturbing noise. Easy enough to find. Breakfast was good. Refrigerator & microwave in room (as in all the places we stayed this trip). This was the only place we stayed without a flat screen TV (if that matters to you). Perfectly acceptable inexpensive place to stay.
The location is easy access by car to downtown Wytheville with many quaint shops and museums. A nice room for the money, refrigerator, microwave, 2 Queen beds, excellent housekeeping everyday. The beds were comfortable, with extra pillows and blankets. The chairs had saggy seats, were uncomfortable and need to be replaced. The breakfast area was neat and clean. The coffee...

This is a basic, stop for a night motel. We were there 8 hours only to sleep for the night and it was fine. While it could have been a bit cleaner, it didn't gross me out either.
Hotel is in convenient location, our room was quite nice. The women who checked us in were very helpful. The breakfast was very well stocked and kept that way. If you want a restaurant Shoneys is right next door.. We plan on staying here next time we return from Florida....
Showing up at 12:15 a.m. was not a problem to the night clerk. He was very kind and checked us in quickly, he seemed to be aware that we were weary from our travels. He put us in a room right next to the lobby so all I had to do was back my truck up and move forward a...

We stayed overnight in this inn twice already. We booked it on our way down to Florida from Toronto, and on our way back from Florida. Excellent staff. They called to confirm our special request from the online booking system, and accommodated us without a fuss. Highly recommended.
Picked this hotel for an overnight stay while traveling along I-77. Conveniently located although a little awkward to find (for some reason the address was not mapped on my navigation system, which caused one wrong turn). Very helpful staff who corrected a booking mishap and even offered a more advantageous rate. The room was okay, not super-comfortable, but nothing really...

This hotel is built on a hillside. I always request a ground floor room because it is hard for us to climb stairs with bags and a dog. WE are older and ground floor is easier. Ah ha...this hotel has steps "up" to their ground floor rooms because it sits on a hillside. Make sure you specify when reserving a...

My boyfriend and I decided to try something different for our road trip from Vermont to Florida for vacation and rather than taking our normal route and stopping in Newport News, Virginia for an evening we decided to try going out through the western part of the state. I checked Trip Advisor and found this Days Inn in Wytheville. The...
