The Crowne Plaza Williamsburg could be a good hotel, but is let down by unmotivated staff and a lack of maintenance. Check in is supposed to be 4:00, room wasn't ready until after 5:30. This was the first clue that we should have stayed somewhere else. Room was old and there was mold in the bathtub. We could not recommend this hotel. We had a problem with our key when the desk manager refused to re-activate it, no towels or coffee brought to the room and the room not being cleaned after returning at four P.M.
