This hotel was not clean. I expect my used water glasses and coffee mugs to be replaced with clean ones. Instead, the dirty dishes were simply replaced on the trays as if they were new. They still had residue from my drinks in them. Instead of bottles shampoo and conditioner my room had two bottles of conditioner and no shampoo.... more

The Crowne Plaza Williamsburg could be a good hotel, but is let down by unmotivated staff and a lack of maintenance. Check in at the hotel was quick but the staff were unfriendly and although efficient they don't know the meaning of service with a smile.
