I don't know if all Embassy Suites are Equal, but if they are the same as Embassy suites Williamsburg then my number one choice will always be Embassy Suite as my choise of stay.. The staff was very courteous and made my stay very welcome and worry free. Rooms were so quiet , I didn't even here the large group... more

This hotel exceeded our expectations in all areas. It was more like a condo then an "efficiency suite" and was actually less then the cost of two separate rooms offered at the other hotel chains in the area with the AAA discount. Even though our family was small (3 adults and 1 child), there was ample room for a larger... more

I was travelling with my elderly father (80) who is disabled and my brother and sister-in-law. We were a bit frazzled, at the end of a fairly long and adventure-filled trip. The desk clerk was very helpful and made sure that we had everything we needed. She even assisted us in making sure some local family members could find our... more

Staying at the Embassy Suites was such a treat. From the moment we entered, the staff made us feel so comfortable. Everything was very clean. There were 3 of us and we had 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, 4 televisions! a small living room and dining area. The breakfast was wonderful with omelets made to order and then each evening at... more

We thought the breakfast was awesome! Fresh, hot and plentiful. It is so much nicer to have a bedroom separated from the living area. It's a little more money, but includes breakfast, so in the end it really works out close to the same as a regular room. It's a Hilton property, well staffed and clean. Stayed here in the... more

I stayed at this particular hotel for 4 nights on two different occassions in September. One with my husband for our anniversary on September 11th. The Embassy suites met all our needs. Even had some entertainment during the evening of September 11th with a baloon guy making things for all the kids. He made a special red heart with two... more

Freezing Unheated Pool. Great Hot Tub Nice Room Slow Elevator Great Breakfast - But No Place to Sit!!!!!! Manager's Reception Pretty Good It was a nice hotel, but not worth the money. I have been to much nicer Embassy Suites. We ate in our room a lot because of the lack of seating. So the slow elevator was a pain. more

Nice hotel, good location for restaurants and shopping (outlets and otherwise). The kids liked the pool. You get a lot for your money but it doesn't feel very warm or homey. The free breakfast feels like a school cafeteria, and the happy hour is in the lobby which is overlooked by all the other levels of the hotel, so it... more

Stayed at property for 1 night on buniess trip, hotel overall in need of overhaul, a bit dated and dingy, what really stands out here is the friendly staff who always smiles and goes above and beyond. Room - Standard Embassy King suite, dated and AC unit not very effective and loud as well. Shower was so small, it was... more
