This hotel has a very nice appearance on the exterior. However, you can tell the inside needs updating, looks a bit dated. The pool was cloudy, needed chemicals. There was hair in the bathroom tub, this hotel needs updating. I would not stay there again.

The hotel staff made my visit to the Williamsburg Homewood Suites special. When I thanked the young woman who checked me in and checked me out for all her help, she said that she "was just doing her job." What a wonderful attitude!

This was a very pleasant surprise for us in Williamsburg. The kids loved the pool. We loved the spaciousness of the suite, and the beds were really comfortable. I did laundry at this hotel and the laundry facilities were very clean and ran nicely. It was in a great location close to Colonial Wiliamsburg and other sites locally.

Great location for our Williamsburg trip. Conveniently located to visitor center and restaurants. Very clean and the staff was pleasant and helpful. Extremely comfortable beds. Suite was roomy for 4 people. Breakfast was just OK. I would recommend this hotel and I would return for another visit.

This hotel is clean and comfortable and definitely provides a home away from home when traveling. The staff were very helpful and the location is very good - close to the CW Visitor Center and restaurants and shopping.

The location was good but a car was needed to get anywhere. The room was clean but nothing special. The mattresses were horrible and the bathroom was below average. The breakfast was just plain terrible! Canned fruit and bland eggs and cold coffee! I wouldn't go back since there are lots of other options within a quarter mile
