Older hotel but nice comfortable room, clean and staff could not have been more helpful. If you are not hung up on the shi shi hotels, this place was an excellent value. Will stay there again.

This motel is about what you should expect for the money. When I go to Williamsburg I want a good location as close as possible to the historic area, reasonable price, clean room, that's about it. I don't care about the breakfast, I eat at restaurants anyway because of diet. This place works pretty well for me. I drove from... More

The room is a great size but a big complaint is the bathroom doesn't have an exhaust fan. Let's just say my husband cleared out the room a couple times while we were eating all the good food in Williamsburg (we usually follow Atkins). It could use some updating but it's very cute overall and they have benches in front... More

The place is old, as it should be in a place called Colonial Williamsburg. Bed was comfortable, furniture OK, good TV, no remote control, called down couldn't get one. Phone didn't allow outside calls. Called down and couldn't get fixed. Big red stain on carpet might have been a civil war wound and left for historical purposes. Bath room was... More

I got freaked out by the rodeway brand. It used to be a quality inn (not much better). There is a certain charm that is unique here that I hope they never change

I'm not going to lie. I read some reviews for this place on the net. I really got worried about what it was going to be like. Checking in was nice and quick. The gentleman at the front desk was pleasant and knowledgeable of the area giving us directions to the place we were having dinner at that evening. As... More

At first we were quite surprised to pull in and see that this is a motel, not a hotel. The outside appeared a bit run down but the room itself looked okay at first glance, excpet for the badly outdated bathroom. After we returned from an evening at Busch Gardens and pulled down the covers, we discovered a huge brown... More

Stayed at this facility for 4 nights and couldn't be happier with the overall quality, from the continental breakfast to the cleanliness of the room. Great location to get around from in the Williamsburg area. And the price was reasonable. The one down side and it had nothing to do with the hotel is that due to a large brush... More

A friend and I stayed here in August to do some sightseeing in the Williamsburg area. We didn't want to spend a lot on a room so we stayed here. The room itself was nicely decorated and the bed was really comfortable, but the quality of the cleaning left something to be desired. The bathroom floor was dirty and there... More

When I got to the front of the room, there was a big bag of trash sitting there and a rusty folding bed. When I entered the room, there was a big whit spot on the bed spread. I complained and was offered another room next door. When I went into the other room and checked the bed, there was... More
