This hotel is a dump. I cannot believe you guys get away with charging $80 per night! This hotel at max should get $20 per night. Carpet stains in the hallways, spit on elevator, dumpsters with trash everywhere outside in parking lot, furniture broken/not working, used tissues behind furniture, crooked mirror on wall, disgusting bathroom, toilet with hair on it,... more

I can not even express or explain how dirty this place was. i felt like I needed a Shower after just having walked into it. We got a room for 50 bucks it was a last minuite thing and we had been searching all night for a hotel for the night. It was cheap. BUT I wish we never booked... more

My family made it through 2 nights at this hotel which was very dirty and disorganized. The pool was disgusting and the room dirty. We only slept and got out as soon a possible. I asked for a roll away bed for one of my children and after the third request it was removed from storage and I pushed it... more

The Howard Johnson on 505 York Street in Williamsburg was a huge disappointment to me and my family. We stayed 8/14-8/16 - 3 nights - only because after the first night, we couldn't find anywhere else that was comparable to stay. The lobby and breakfast area were dumpy with missing floor and kicktoe tiles and was just plain beat-up. The... more

On arrival at 10pm, I had to use my cell phone to call the hotel just to get someone to the front desk, this was after waiting for 20 minutes. The owner checked us in and he was filty with long dirty nails and he smelled as if he had not bathed in months. The room was worse than he... more

Stayed here for one night on business because of cost. Will not stay again even if it's the best price. Building has a bad ordor. Bed was one of the worst ever. Towels are at least 10 years old or older. Just not worth saving ten or fifteen dollars. more

The advertising said hot buffet breakfast, false unless you count toast as a hot buffet, it advertised free wi fi, it didnt work for any longer than 30 seconds in... more

This hotel was terrible. The staff was extremely rude, and that was only the beginning of our problems. The room was dirty- popcorn on the floor, food stuck on the refrigerator, sticky bathroom floor and toilet handle... There wasn't even a lightbulb in one of our lamps. The handle actually fell off the faucet at one point. The air conditioning... more

My family and I were traveling to Williamsburg and had reservations for a different hotel a day later. But since we decided to leave a day later for the 10 day hour drive, our original hotel could not accomodate for the day earlier. We arrived in Williamsburg at around 3am and we were exhausted. We checked other hotels in the area... more
