My husband & I stayed with friends for my birthday at this hotel. I liked the renovations they had done to the hotel. We were there during off season, and the hotel was void of a lot of tourists. The faciilities were very adequate (2 restaurants & a coffee/snack bar), and the entire staff, especially Andre, was extremely friendly and... more

We are also pleased you enjoyed the upgrades we have made on the property. "The Copper Scroll" and "The Rusty Musket" and both serve excellent food and we are glad you enjoyed them as well. Our stay here was average. The best feature of the hotel was the friendliness of the staff. The manager went out of his way to say hello everytime he saw us and made sure our weekend was enjoyable. The indoor pool was the only other highlight of the hotel. It was a big, deep pool that gave us plenty of... more

We stayed here for my Dads Navy Reunion. The staff was absolutely wonderful making us all feel very welcome. The Manager was unbelieveably helpful with rooms and restaurants. The staff was pleasant, always greeting us in and out of the hotel, walking the halls etc., some even knew our last name! The kids had a great time in the indoor... more

The room was nice and clean. The service was decent when needed. Had a minor issue with our toilet and they addressed it right away. They forgot to clear my credit card for incidentals at check out and I found a $25 charge on my card. I called up and they credited my account right away. The lobby, restaurant and... more

This Inn isn't suitable for families. The lobby was noisy because there were so many soldiers who was drinking at the restaurant which is connected to lobby. The first floor room was humid and had smell something unpleasant. After complaining, I moved to a second floor room. My opinion is this hotel isn't for families but just soldiers. more

Thank you for taking time to let us know of your concerns. I sincerely apologize that your first room was unsatisfactory. I hope your stay after you were moved to a second floor room was a better one.

through expedia.com, i got a good deal. so right there, you know the value score will be high. it was well into september, so there were no problems with possibly overtaxed AC units. the unit in both my room and my friends' room were working perfectly. the front desk service was very nice. the cleaning people you see around the... more

This hotel is a great place to stay when enjoying Coloniel Williamsburg or just enjoying the outlets. The rooms were clean and the pool was fun for the small children. The breakfast was great ! I wonder what some people expect for a $89.00 rate! but I was not disappointed at all with the location or the rooms. more

This hotel looks nothing like the pictures, the hotel is very old and dingy!! From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted by a dirty glass door and dirty welcome mat. The staff at the front desk was helpful and friendly but that's the only good thing I can say. I don't know what they are referring... more

Thank you for taking the time to let us know your stay was less than satisfactory. The hallway carpets are due to be changed in the near future. It's not possible due to safety issues to change out hallway carpets during the summer season. I have notified by the housekeeping staff and maintenance regarding your issues. I appreciate you letting...

I stayed in this hotel on Aug 22, I'm glad it was only one night. The AC made a rattling noise all night and since it was very hot in town we couldn't cut it off, very hard sleeping after being out all day. The hotel is located in a seedy area of Williamsburg, we felt unsafe after seeing some... more

Thank you for taking the time to let us know your concerns. As you mentioned, Williamsburg is quite hot in August. Although the air conditioners are checked every day, they can start acting up at any time. In the future, always notify the manager on duty. Our hotel, as most other, keeps extra air conditioners on hand. It takes only...

We heard about the Flathead Comedy Club in this hotel, so we decided to come to Williamsburg for the evening and check it out. We checked in to our room and the Front desk staff was very polite and efficient in the check-in process. We ate dinner at the restaurant in this hotel and was quite surprised with the quality... more

I'm so glad you enjoyed the comedy night! We are no longer doing comedy nights, but hope to have some other type of entertainment in the future. If you thought the scallops and prime rib were good, you really must try Chef Jeff's crab chowder. It's creamy and delicious! Glad you tried out the new fitness center, we've been waiting...
