The hotel front desk staff need immediate education in HOSPITALITY. First, visibility and a friendly greeting would be a great start. Both upon checkin and checkout the next morning, the staff hid in a cubicle in the room behind the front desk. Checked in and found elevator out of service. Was assigned rm. on second floor. My husband has a disability. Normally 2nd floor would have been no problem so we had not asked about 1st floor when booking. Desk person just said they were booked and could not switch rooms. Drive-by stay. Clean rooms. Very helpful night staff. Cost ~$70. Breakfast drab but acceptable for the price. more

This Hotel does not have non-smoking rooms. I was in Warsaw on business but left early because the accommodations at the Best Western were terrible. The entire building was filled with cigarette smoke. The staff tried to find another room where I could actually breath anything but smoke, but both the top and first floors were filled with cigarette smoke... more
