In the overpriced Northern Neck, the Best Western worked for us. Room was very comfortable and very clean. TV channels a bit sub-par. Pool looked nice--kids having fun. Refrig & microwave & "wet bar sink" in room. Breakfast was decent and well kept. A/C not too loud. Front desk people were friendly. All in all, a very pleasant stay. More

The hotel front desk staff need immediate education in HOSPITALITY. First, visibility and a friendly greeting would be a great start. Checked in and found elevator out of service. Was assigned rm. on second floor. My husband has a disability. Normally 2nd floor would have been no problem so we had not asked about 1st floor when booking. Desk person just said they were booked and could not switch rooms.
