Was there with the family last month. we couldn't stay there for more than the first night...The customer service was the WORST I ever seen....the one elevator they have is small, dirty and smelly.....we would never ever consider that place when in VA beach. more

I can't imagine some of the recent reviewers stayed at this location. The suites were all recently renovated (as advertised on their marquee) with granite countertops and new flooring. The maintenance staff was more than cordial and responded to our requests (i.e. a missing can opener, clogged bathroom sink) within five minutes.
