When reservation made was shown picture of beautiful building across street. Called week before to confirm reservation and was told my room was not in main building, was not told it was in broken down hole across street. Old nasty motel, very seedy and smelled like smoke. Housekeeping is superb, desk staff are very efficient! We arrived 12hrs late (stuck at SFO due to fog en route from West Coast) & called to tell front desk staff we were going to be late & they were very accommodating :) Only complaint we had was the "concierge" lady seated at a desk in between the front entrance doors....
