I will have to return. It was raining the morning we were there, and I really wanted to visit the beautiful garden. Great location, outside of D.C. and the price was great, especially comparied to Washington DC prices. more

Beautifully decorated main lounges with lots of books, etc for reading while sipping on the complimentary sherry. This is a very nice house to stay in, The place is very clean. My room was really homey. The cook, Tanya is really nice. The only bad thing is the road noise right out front and the train going by the back of the house. Neither could be controlled by the owner so it is no reflection on them.... more
