This is an older hotel that needs an update. Girl at the desk was under pressure because the hotel was full. Room was average with a very old t.v. There was no handicap parking to be found. We travel a lot and found this Best Western in Staunton to be the worst stay of our lives. The worst was the college aged and younger students, drinking, yelling, fighting, slamming doors until 4am. Calling the front desk several times did nothing but produce a "what can we do about it" attitude. Hair on the shower walls, no water... More

We have stayed here 3 or 4 times on our way to Florida. We find the Staff very friendly, the whole place is clean and the beds are comfy. The breakfast is quite good. There are restaurants nearby. A good stop over place. More

Stayed here twice: clean rooms, helpful staff, adequate breakfast, good Wi-Fi. Only down side is the awful restaurant next door - Mrs. Rowe's. Eat somewhere else before checking in, or search out another dining spot. More

As of yesterday, we now have 6 rubber ducks from the Best Western in Staunton, VA. There's always a rubber duck in the hotel bathroom, which I love and this place has been our place of choice since our daughter started at Mary Baldwin College. This was a very clean hotel and there was no surcharge for our dog. The breakfast was good and the location was perfect. We will definately stay here again. More
