Very satisfied except for a glitch at the front desk. Originally we had planned to arrive on 11-30. On 11-25 we called to move the arrival to 11-29. The call was made at 4:59 pm. A male took the call and ok'd the change. No room when we arrived. Igh! Stayed at Hyatt Place.

If you are looking for a place where you get to hear inconsiderate, LOUD, drunken guests that the hotel doesn't care to address, this is the place for you. This Couryard has been renovated and it looks very good. We were very tired from a day of driving, and we were delighted to find a little cafe right in the lobby of this hotel. It was staffed by a wonderful woman who made us some fresh chicken ceasar salads, which we took to our rooms to eat and relax....
