Very bad experience here. Our room smelled like a hamster cage and there was hair on the bed. We were given a different room and the problem reoccurred. GPS does not know where this hotel is - no fault of the hotel, call ahead for directions before you arrive to the middle of no where. More

Our dog loved this place. His favorite room of the trip. We liked it also. A very comfortable room. Although we couldn't be on the 1st floor, it worked out fine. The complimentary breakfast was just right. Enjoyed the workout room. Very nice staff experience. Will stay again. More

Staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean and modern. Great location - 10 min from the college. Will stay again. Full hot breakfast out in the morning, even on a night with low number of people staying in the hotel. More

The hotel is adequate and could be very nice. However, I've stayed here three times and there have been unbelievable cleanliness issues on two of the stays. It's convenient to my relatives and friends, plus I'm a priority club member, so I'd like to see them figure this out. More

Great location, convenient to the lake and to Roanoke. Both are about 45 mintes away,but easily accessible. Very clean and a wonderful hot breakfast is included. More
