I was horrified by the room and wiped down every surface I had to touch with disinfectant wipes. Grime-coated light switches/telephone, cigarette-scarred toilet seat, holes in the sheets, thin towels, gummy carpeting, rock-hard mattress. Dirt in all corners and along the walls. Sheets were clean. No smoking room smells like mold and was next to smoking rooms. Smoke was in the hallways. Continental Breakfest was almost non existant. More

I stayed one night with two other adults and two children, aged 3 and 13. We all were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of our rooms and adjoining bathrooms.
