Spent 3 nights here at the end of November. It's a pretty good location being fairly close to the centre and within easy walking distance of Scarborough beach. Yes an older style hotel 1970's comes to mind, but clean, breakfast included, good staff, and a pub thown in as well. We stayed a few nights here, clost to everything.... and the cooked breakfast ( extra charges but not dear) were very good. More
