Worst experience of my backpacking life, this place was awful. Yes the beach was great but the staff, the room and the overall feel of it was horrible, lasted a few hours before we packed our bags and headed back into the city. AWFUL!!!!! more

Only stayed a week but it was our inspiration to live and work in WA. Located on the most beautiful beach in an up-market superb, it would be easy to stay here for months, which most of the people staying there seemed to be doing. Good atmosphere there and staff were very helpful, but it's the location beside the beach... more

Excellent Backpackers!!! Right facing the beach, the bottle shop, bars next door, couldn't get much better. (not loud though!) Staff great although the cafe could be alot better. Value for money!! Make sure you check out Sunday day at the Cott!!! more

After one year traveling and working in Australia..Obh must be the best hostel where i stayed..First of all,the location is just amazing in front of Indian ocean, between the massive OBH pub and the local bottle shop..People met there were absolutely cool,most of them british and older than usual(20-45).My only complaint,kitchen,quite difficult to cook something..it missed everything(pan,knife,bowl..). more

Hi I stayed here while backpacking around oz in 2002. I loved it so much I stayed there for a month! its just opposite the most amazin g beach in oz and has a lovely lively clientele! its also on the fremantle train line so its only a hop into perth! more
