This is our favorite destination! We've made this our anniversary getaway the last two years and just adore the cabins, the view, the restaurant, the native wildlife and the sheer serenity. We'll be back again soon! More

I booked a room over there because my GF wanted to see the Australian wilderness and a lot of kangaroos :-) Through an email exchange with Mrs Emma McKenzie, resort manager, I enquired about a room (to quote my words "I am looking for a suite type accommodation"). The answer was some commercial stuff about a room being available but... More

Dear Andyougo Paris We were naturally disappointed to read your critique following your stay. May I suggest the best interpretation that can be put is there was a series of misunderstandings with our Resort Manager and Duty Manager. You will recall you visited our website which provides full details and images of the Resort room complex and all other details... More

Eagle Reach is quite special. Individual Lodges in surroundings full of kangaroos, lizards, birds and trees. We were upgraded from a two bedroom lodge to a four bedroom lodge with it's own snooker table and spa bath outside. The restaurant is great although closed on Sunday and Monday evenings so you do need to bring your own food! We arrived... More

My husband and I stayed in the resort rooms which are like a motel room. It was well maintained and clean, and very peaceful. We went for 3 nights without children to have some R&R which we had there was a lovely view everywhere you looked and quiet except for nature. There were a lot of activites you could do,... More

We spent 5 nights over Xmas and had a fabulous time in a relaxing lodge overlooking the valley. The setting is perfect, trees as far as the eye can see and kangaroos greeting you every morning on the way to breakfast. The Treehops restaurant provides an excellent buffet breakfast with lots of choice, in the evening the restaurant serves good... More

Just loved it, good place to go & just do nothing... Very relaxing & cabin was clean with a fire place with great views. Got up in the morning & you see kangroos around the balcony. What a feeling. Perfect Choice More

On the whole, we enjoyed our stay at Eaglereach. The location was fabulous and our lodge was spacious and had a good range of facilities - everything you might want for a weekend away. However, our experience was marred by the terrible restaurant! I booked a table for Friday night on hearing the recorded message whilst on hold on the... More

Dear Okorbut Glad you enjoyed your stay overall praising the lodges the location and the facilities but we failed to meet your expectations with the Bistro. Yes we overlooked that the voiceover was obsolete this is now being upgraded however all the information on the bistro was on our website. One hundred and thirty guests are at the buffet and... More

We stayed at Eaglereach this past weekend for the Elton John concert at Hope Estate (which was out of this world by the way). We chose the Wanji 2 Cabins which included a pool, spa all in a great timber outdoor deck which overlooked the most peaceful landscape. There was Wildlife everywhere and wild wallabies which I was able to call... More

We stayed at the resort for three nights and enjoyed our stay. We were very unlucky, we had the worst weather ever. But overall, we found this a good place to get away from the city. On the plus side, the lodges are large, with great views, and good facilities (kitchen utensils, even a laundry; bbq outside). And to have... More

Dear Julienfrom Thank you for your overall positive critique on our resort however I do understand the deluge of rain takes the gloss off every holiday. Regarding the food and beverage options we obviously did not communicate well enough the range of options available. Apart from the bistro menu with vegetarian options there is range of takeaways including pizzas, fish... More
