For $100 a night, I wasn't expecting much. And that was what I go. An average room with dated decor, looked very much like a prison cell with the grey whitewashed walls. “Basic four star accomodation”

The Chifley offers basic four star accommodation. There is nothing wrong with it but it is nothing special either. The car park is not secure but it is relatively safe and very close to the front door. Rooms are nothing out of the ordinary. “Great for us!”

My wife and I stayed here for our 52 hours of freedom from kids excursion through Sydney and the Blue Mountains. The Hotel was great, staff were friendly and very helpful. We loved the location with plenty to do within walking distance. When we come back to Penrith, we will stay here again. More

Stayed Christmas Eve through Boxing Day. As usual the staff generally were very attentive, and assist with the little things.
