Travelodge Blacktown is a decent hotel with all the basic amenities. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms maybe a bit 'tired' but overall it is a decent place to stay.

Initial multiple room booking over the telephone was a nightmare, booking clerk had no idea, arrived at hotel to find booking had not been made correctly, and were short a room for 2 nights, hotel booked out. Manager on duty was initially unsympathetic and denied a mistake had been made until we made a move to leave the hotel to... More

Dear Sir, Thank you for taking the time to advise us of an unpleasant experience when staying at Travelodge Blacktown recently, Not sure why the booking process would have been a nightmare as most bookings are captured with the necessary information and run smoothly, It is pleasing to know that our Duty Manager was obliging and was available to assist... Stayed 3 nights here, overall it is an OK hotel, but the attitudes of the check-in clerks (males) ruined it for me. Why do these people standing behind the counter tried to be snotty or putting some pompous behaviours whilst doing their job that they are something else more than theirs guests … I would have never know nor do... We stayed one night at the Travelodge Blacktown for a nearby family reunion in December last year. My parents stayed a few rooms down - our room was large, theirs was tiny. Both rooms were clean and well equipped. The bed was particularly comfortable. After phoning ahead we were able to checkin significantly earlier than the official checkin time as... More

Well when I stayed here my experience wasn't that great, there were cockroaches in my room as well as a giant bee hive growing outside my rooms window! Yeah it looked great but it's not that good. The service was good though, the receptionists were very kind! I think that what ruined it for me was the poor hygiene, and... More

We stayed one night in the Travelodge Hotel Blacktown, having earlier in the week spent two nights at the Novotel Rooty Hill which we felt was overpriced for the location and standard. The Travelodge, despite being located on a busy road, is quiet and comfortable. The building is set well back from the road and backs onto a reserve and... More

We were looking for decent accomodation for just one night and that's exactly what we got at the Travelodge, Blacktown. Very acceptable accomodation at a good rate. Our room was fairly spacious, modern, comfortable and tidy. All in all, this is a good spot. There's ample parking here and the local Macca's is handy for breakfast. But apart from the... More

We stayed here as a quick overnight stop as it was conveniently located only a few minutes off the M7 motorway. I hadn't realised it was so far from the main business centre of Blacktown, where there are quite a few restaurants, so the only dinner options within walking distance were the McDonalds or the workers club. Unfortunately the workers... More

Stayed here for one night during a business trip and found the room to be spacious, clean and quiet. The workers club conveniently adjoining next door has a great all you eat bistro.
