This hotel is rated as a 3.5 star. We definately got 5 star service our whole vacation. The rooms, and resort were very clean, the staff was friendly and the food was good. This was our eighth year visting this resort from Jan 21-28, 2012. We have found the employees to be very friendly, attentive and accommodating. From the hospitality representative, Ariel, to our favourite bartender Edil, everyone was fantastic. The beach was beautiful as was relaxing by the adult pool.
