Everything in Gros Morne is expensive. But for a few dollars more than other hotels, Nedddies gives you a much better overall deal. When we checked out other places we were glad we stayed here. And the restaurant is superb - probably the best meals we had anywhere in Newfoundland - and no more expensive than other places for far... more

Certainly this hotel is beautifully situated and the premises are clean and new. I found it very pricey - $180 for a room overlooking the parking lot. The bed though touted as queen was a lesser queen and though the room was lovely, the 24 degree heat and a 2am argument with the owner over whether or not we needed... more

I am sorry that our guest didn't get the comfortable and restful sleep they deserve and I apologize for any inconvenience in the middle of the night. Our room temperature is controlled by a state of the art computerized control system which the customer can override by setting his desired temperature on a provided remote control unit. Our guest are...

We couldn’t stay at this hotel, since It was fully booked but decided to visit the inn after hearing so much about it we wanted to see what the hype was all about. The service was disappointing as we wanted to look at the restaurant and I asked if I could see the restaurant and menus and she had told... more

Bettina, my partner and co-owner remembers, these visitors quite well. She was busy with other customers at the time and our visitors just had to wait a few minutes and they obviously didn't like that. We quite often and very proudly show our dining room to people and I cant think of any reason not to show it. And yes...

My wife and I spent a total of 5 nights at Neddies Harbour Inn (June 20-23 and July 2, 2009). It was wonderful. You couldn't ask for a prettier setting - right in the middle of Gros Morne! Our room, the Inn, and the surrounding grounds were spotless. The entire staff was extremely helpful. The dining room, food selection, quality,... more

Our stay was absolutely the highlight of our stay in Gros Morne. After a long hiking day it was a joy to return to clean quiet calm surroundings then dress up and enjoy one of the best fine dining experiences we had in Newfoundland! We are already planning to return and spend two week in the Inn and exploring more... more

My husband and I have just returned from our first trip to Newfoundland's Gros Morne region - it won't be our last, and you can be sure we'll return to Neddies. The inn's spirit fits its serene backdrop: this is Newfoundland, it's beautiful. You don't need or necessarily want bells or whistles in your hotel. What we wanted was just... more

My colleague and I were working in western NL and decided to stay in Gros Morne Park for the Thursday night before catching our plane back to Halifax later on Friday. First of all, the park itself left us in awe...my collegue said, " I did not know that our country had anywhere this beautiful.' That about says it. Then... more

Enchanting view ,clean ,and quiet with great hospitality. We stayed for five days overlooking the harbour & "Shag Cliff" . The breakfasts were tasty and friendly. The room spacious and comfortable. It was everything we had hoped for and more! If I could make one comment , they have free internet, thank goodness ,as my air card wouldn't work in... more

Myself and my husband had been vacationing in Gros Morne for a week before we had experienced our stay at Neddies Harbour Inn. We both love the area - the serenity of nature, the boats on the water, the mountains, the lushness of the hills, the sunset on the Tablelands, the waves crashing on the beach, the tourist you meet... more

Our family had the most wonderful dinner here last week while we were camping in Gros Morne. The food was very tasty and represented a good combination of Newfoundland fare complimented by a modern twist. I had a Turbot with Partridge Berry Sauce that was just fantastic and the views back over the water (ask to sit by the North... more
