The building needs a facelift. The rooms are musty, poorly lit and the towels were stained and grey. We were given new towels, so they must have realised what they were giving us. Awful place. Stairwells are disgusting and look like drug users dwell there. Rooms are depressingly brown and out of the 1970s. Expensive too and clearly trade is encouraged only because of the hotels close proximity to Runcorn railway station. The place hasnt seen a lick of paint for years either. Needs bulldozing! More
