We stayed for two nights. Everything possible was done to make this an enjoyable, hassle free stay, from reception through to Brewers Fayre. All the staff were excellent. Would recommend to anyone.

I would strongly recommend staying at this Premier Inn. The staff are very friendly and helpful. the rooms were very clean and the facilities for children are excelent.

Nothing more to add to an enjoyable stay. You'll be seeing us again in the summer when the weather improves as we love Portishead. Please let us know how to get the cheaper prices advertised. We'll recommend you to our friends.

We stayed over in this hotel on our way to Devon and would recommend it as the customer service and the comfort of the room was excellent. This hotel was value for money and would stop there again.

We stopped off here to break up a long journey to Cornwall with my husband and toddler. Room was spacious, staff were superb, breakfast was great (with kids eating free) and parking was easy too. This was a stop off on the way to Cornwall, the rooms are immaculately clean and the staff are very helpful, the breakfast with 2 children eating free (under 16) is unbelievable value and would recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of visiting this lovely part of the country.

When we needed assistance, the hotel staff were quite simply amazing. It seemed that nothing was too much trouble. Everyone we met went above and beyond to help us. I cannot say enough good about the staff at this terrific value, clean and comfortable hotel. I highly recommend a stay here!
