Spotless boutique hotel owner cares very much about the look and feel of this hotel. Bedroom was absolutely lovely fantastic beds and I would stay here again without a doubt. Best hotel I have stayed in the uk this year. The conservatory breakfast room just a delight. More

Room comfortable but very noisy. Ask for a room at the back so you don't overlool a busy road. Breakfast very good. a little overpriced compared to almost every other B&B we have stayed in. And the rate we wre charaged was much higher than the advertised website price. More

Lovely B & B in a quiet street 5 minutes walk from the centre of Newark. We had a lovely room at the top of this gorgeous Georgian townhouse. Everything you need - slippers, bathrobe, toiletries, hairdryer, flatscreen TV etc all stylishly executed. Breakfast was delicious in the basement kitchen cooked by the lovely owner. Lots of choices, friendly but... More

My husband I stopped off at the Georgian Town House on our return from a break abroad. The B&B took us both by surprise as we normally stay in hotels. The standard of the rooms and breakfast were excellent and I can not rate this B&B highly enough. The owner was extremely friendly and made you feel welcome. The town... More

My partner and I have just returned from our second stay at The Georgian Townhouse. We love this place and look forward to our next visit, probably early in the New Year. The accommodation is impeccably maintained, the reception is warm and welcoming. The owner already feels like an old friend. The decor is modern and tasteful, and very much... More

We stayed here for 2 nights and I have to say it's the best place we've ever stayed in, hotels included. the room was immaculately clean and well decorated. When we were told there was a selection of tea bags in the room - I didn't expect to find whole boxes!! The breakfast was wonderful - the presentation of all... More

We stayed here in January during a cold spell and it was a really warm and welcoming hotel. The proprieters were very friendly and welcoming and the hotel is stylish but also comfortable and creates a homely feeling (particularly when it was cold and the real fires were blazing). The breakfast was excellent. If I were planning a return to... More

This B and B is the most stylish I have ever been to. It's decor is clean, uncluttered and posseses real beauty in a Georgian town house. The rooms are extremely comfortable and puts most hotels to shame. The owners are very helpful and one feels instantly at home. Outstanding buffet at breakfast plus great cooked choices. More
