We arrived early after a very long flight from Australia and were delighted to be warmly welcomed by Marjorie into our room with a lovely view over the back garden. Close to Wilmslow and Manchester, this is a very welcoming and well run guest-house. Many thanks to Marjorie and Dianne.

Having stopped in most of the hotels and guesthouses in area ,Heatherlea was by far the most homely the two sisters and partners are first class hosts and a Breakfast to die for .i recommend Heatherlea most highly . SwB x

As good as you can expect when being away from home, my personal choice, over and above staying in isolation of hotels. Friendly group of people, I even got a shirt laundered, clean, comfortable room with a home cooked breakfast, served with warmth and friendliness

A welcoming, homely and clean B&B. My late arrival was not an issue, and my breakfast was cooked perfectly to order. I could not fault the fantastic customer service. I would strongly recommend the Heatherlea

We have chosen Heatherlea rather than an airport hotel because it seemed less impersonal. And it was ! A very british room decoration, a nice breakfast too. But we can't say we had a very good night, although the place is very quiet, because our bed was not confortable.

My wife and I travelled here from Scotland before our flight out the next day. Upon arrival we were met with the owner Marjorie who was very helpfull and ordered our taxi to the airport the next day for us. Our room was spotless and very comfortable.
