My two boys and I had to be in Horsham for first thing the next morning (in February), so we chose to arrive the night before as we had a long journey. As we were travelling by train, I found the Premier Inn was the closest to the station. The relief of seeing its sign as we stepped off the... More

very friendly staff when booking; knowledgeable. Breakfast staff very accomodating to individuals needs and the needs of our group (11). Housekeeping staff very polite and friendly. Rooms clean and presentable. Restaurant clean and well laid out. One of our group was unable to use stairs and she was transferred to a ground floor room with no fuss. Parking was great.... More

Staff very friendly and welcoming and very efficient in a very nice way, especially reception and the ladies in the bar. Would certainly stay there again. Great location, only a short walk from town centre. Ideal for a short break Receptionist was very friendly. Very comfortable bed, even though we were facing the main road and station there was very little road noise. Food was good in the restaurant and breakfast was cooked fresh for you....as much as you want. Would definitely stay here again More

WE stayed here when we made a trip to visit Christ's Hospital School. It was clean and welcoming. We ate in the Beefeater next door which was exactly what you would expect - steak, chips, busy, reasonable seervice and ice cream sundaes. The difference between this hotel and other budget hotels I have stayed in was the feel of the... More
