I have stayed at this hotel on many occasions and always had a lovely relaxed time. The owner is very helpful & cannot do enough for you, wether it be recommending good restaurants to visit or local places to see. It's a small boutique style hotel very comfortable & spotless & I look forward to my next visit

Having stayed in several over-hyped country hotels in England we were rather nervous about Springfields before we arrived. We should not have worried: it was quite delightful, the service, rooms and amenities were all first class. Not a cheap hotel but definitely worth the expense.
