This is a very typical Premier Inn, very clean, staff are fantastic and will go that extra mile to be helpful, (the guy on the desk was a credit to them and had various restaurant menus available for the local area too; they don't mind you ordering food to take back to your room either). The hotel is billed as a non smoking hotel. However room 15 in the annex absolutely stunk of cigarette smoke and i got the taste in my mouth which was worse. How the room cleaning staff never spotted the smell is beyond me. They changed my room but I won't be back for a while.
