Booked into the hotel on business. Checked in and was surprised that I would be escorted to my room...then I found out why. I was taken out of the hotel, down the main road past about 8 terraced houses to a building well away from the main hotel. The accomodation was depressing and seriously dated and the fixtures and fittings... More

Thank you for your comments. On checking your reservation I noted that it was a company booking, booked by your company travel agent. Price driven, Park House is our Budget end of the market. Your Travel agent would have known on booking that the Park House Hotel was 50yds from the Main hotel, I am sorry the TA did not... More

Right, the pro`s, free car parking, clean, reasonable price, location. The Con`s, I was working in the area and could only book their family triple room due to no others available. It was in no way a triple room for three adults, the room was cramped, the Tv only worked on one channel and the toilet took an age to refil.... Thank you for the kind comments. I agree with you I wouldn’t put three adults in that room either, so it had to be down to price or Harrow was very busy. I am sure a twin and a single would have been more comfortable. That room is designed for a family rather than three adults ie mum and dad... More

lets start with the positives, its very clean, free parking, nice bar and the bar prices are very reasonable, also a short walk to Harrow on the Hill tube station and 2 stop or 6 minute tube ride to Wembley Stadium. Stayed in the annexe, was it a bail hostel or a B&B for the homeless in a previous life??... More

Thank you for your kind words about Park House Hotel (Annexe) and you are right we are ideally situated for Wembley and for the Motorways as you will have seen. I am sorry you felt Park House had a previous life! Park House is designed for those on a limited budget (£31.50pp for the FA Semi) which you booked for... More

Booked a trip for business as the website showed nice rooms and an excellent location. On arrival I was taken down the road to its other hotel where I was informed wifi was not avaialable, it just had bedrooms and not the nicest or updated ones as shown on the website. As it was a business trip they quickly offered... More

This hotel was a great wedding venue, very professionally organised, the hotel has been doing weddings for over 20 years. The food in the hotel is really good quality, the wedding breakfast and buffet was all home cooked foods. They do a very good value Sunday lunch too. The breakfast offers cereals, fruits, yogurts and then there is a cooked... More

Stayed here for one night and took advice on Tripadvisor to book one of the Executive rooms. These are in a separate block further away from the road so was quite quiet even on a Saturday night. The room was quite large for this style of accommodation as was the bathroom. The room had aircon which was efficient. Price of... More

Greeted very nicely by a very helpful receptionist. Family room had been booked, very spacious but beds dreadful no quilts only blankets. Extremely uncomfortable hard beds. Very basic facilities in the room. Booked on line on a very difficult web site and apparently had not ordered breakfast but as the room had cost us £110 we assumed we had.

I have stayed at The Harrow Hotel a couple of times, and have opted for the optimistically titled Executive rooms (?!). It is always very clean, and the staff are reasonably friendly, but I have to say it is almost impossible to sleep here, as the road outside is very, very busy - all night long! If you are off...
