First impression when entering hotel was very clean and spacious. Check in very quick and staff pleasant. If staying for the park (which I guess most people are), you cannot ask for better. We stayed in this hotel as it was great commuter distance to london via Chessington train station (35 minutes) the hotel was really nice and not what i would have expected. Only downfall is staff seemed a little snooty and it took me 30 minutes to get an ironing board and iron when I was in a hurry. more

The only reason we haven't given it a five rating is that when we asked for a room, they quoted us a price and mentioned nothing about it being ex vat, so that was added on top.
