“Fine apart from where it is”

The hotel lacked a bit of character, and the rooms on the Leiden side suffer from road noise. Otherwise this hotel is actually quite good. This hotel is not in Leiden, and unless you know how to get to the hotel it is very inconveniently located. If you have a car it's fine.

“Just amazone to find such a great hotel close by freeway leiden amsterdam and rotterdam”

This great hotel is located at an intersection of different freeways close to amsterd the hague delft and Rotterdam My preferred hotel in the west of Holland with a Hilton touch Rooms great beds I like them of I have toegrijpen one thing That could use some improving is it the direction signs from freeway tp hotel just not clear

“Comfortable and friendly”

We stayed three nights to take in the Keukenhoff and a castle in Muiden. New hotel, easy to get to, great breakfast, easy parking, and well located for exploring. We will be back! Staff very helpful. We had no complaints at all.

“Wonderful Friendly Modern and Clean”

This is a great hotel if you're planning on touring the Keukenhof Gardens in Leiden, Holland. The accommodations are very comfortable...clean, modern. The staff is friendly and helpful. Good food. Location is convenient to catch a bus to Leiden or the Keukenhof Gardens...just a short walk from the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

“Excellent”

Everything was above our expectations: excellent service, friendly staff, bike rental, great value, comfortable room, excellent food at the hotel restaurant. Only negative: having to walk 20mn, wait for the infrequent bus 35 (2eur), or taxi (10eur) to get to the train station.

“We really enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn”

The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed how nice the room was. The fitness center is excellent and the business center was helpful for printing tickets and such. Price was very good. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.
