Hotel Pozuelo was a great place to stay. The service was wonderful. We always felt that we were important guests and were treated with courtesey and respect. I booked at Porzuelo because La Finca was fully booked. The hotel has a bit of a family feel but not that the service at the front desk is very forthcoming. “Good and clean hotel, very quiet. 4* may be not.”

This hotel has been booked by a partner for one night. Reception is rather small and looks more a 3 * than a fourth one. Breakfast is correct and choice is available. Room was clean, no noise from the road, furniture modern and bed a bit hard. Wifi free on demand and high speed available. More

Small hotel in this suburb (Pozuelo de Alarcon) of Madrid. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the restaurant was not bad. My rate included a continental breakfast which was not bad (breads, parties, yogurt, fruit, cereals, juices, and Spanish Tortilla).
